October 2025 Rent Incentive T&Cs
- Incentive only valid for applications received and holding deposits paid in October 2025
- Incentive not applicable to discounted market rent apartments
- Subject to contract and satisfactory reference checks
- Available only on 12 month+ tenancies
- Rent credit will be applied to the tenancy as follows: two weeks in month 1 of the tenancy and one week in month 12 of the tenancy
- Should a 12-month tenancy not be fulfilled in its entirety then the rent rebate will not be applicable
- Rent credit cannot be used in lieu of a security deposit
